A gas-powered vacuum works from outside the building while a brushing system clears what is stuck to the duct wall, then the whole system is sanitized. You get the before-and-after photographs as proof.
Chapter 01
A two-step system, and why one step is not enough.
A gas-powered vacuum sits outside the building and pulls the large debris and dust out of the duct work. That part alone gets rid of what was already loose and moving around in the airflow.
A specialized brushing system then works through the ducts, dislodging whatever is still stuck to the walls and directing it into that same vacuum. Running the vacuum on its own and skipping the brushing step is how a duct cleaning ends up looking finished without actually being finished. Both steps happen on every job.

Sanitizing and air washing come after the brushing.
Once the ducts are physically clear, they get sanitized. The two-step system includes air washing as part of that stage, not as something added on afterward for an extra charge.
This is the part that actually changes what comes out of your vents going forward, not just what used to be sitting inside them.

You get the before-and-after photographs.
This is the whole verification story, and it is our own stated practice, not a promise we make and then hope you take on faith. We photograph the ducts before we start and again once the work is finished.
The second photograph is not just a swept duct. It shows a sanitized duct, taken after the air washing stage, which is the real difference between a duct that looks cleared out and one that has actually been treated.
Where it gets done.
